The outcome | Students will acquire the following knowledge: detailed knowledge of the morphology of the nervous and endocrine systems, with special reference to topographic and vascular structure of the hypothalamic - pituitary portal system and their morpho – functional interaction and the basic methods of testing the structural elements of the nervous system important neuroendocrinology | |||

Contents of lectures | Morpho-functional division of the central , peripheral and autonomic nervous system with insight to a corresponding brain structures, important for the control of hypothalamic and endocrine organs; morphology of the hypothalamic- pituitary portal system and its importance; peripheral nervous system and importance for the control of endocrine organs | |||
