The goal | Acquiring knowledge of epizootiology, etiology, pathogenesis, symptoms, contagious index, post mortem analysis, pathohistology, diagnosis, treatment and therapy as well as prophylaxis of the infectious diseases of animals, virulence and pathogenicity mechanisms, differential diagnosis, estimation and risk analysis, ecology and other factors that influence disease distribution, spread, changing of virulence and developing methods for the control and eradication of the infectious diseases. Bioterrorism and occurring new diseases.
The outcome | Defining basic epizootical determinants, understanding basic principles of microorganism changing of virulence and pathogenicity, basic principles of the infectious defense mechanisms, immune system during infection, immunopathogenesis, tissue destruction mechanisms, following distribution, control and eradication data, temporal and spatial infectious diseases distribution, defining contingency planning, analysis of the diagnostic tests results, defining interrelationships between epizootic events, epizootic models and health schemes as well as risk analysis, control and protection from epizootics, bioterrorism. Basic principles of the protection from specific infectious diseases.
