Contents of lectures | Energy and protein feedstuffs in animal nutrition. The importance of minerals and vitamins. Omega 6 and 3 fatty acids and the importance in animal products. Parameters of meat yield. Parameters of meat quality. The examples of feedstufs selection on parameters of yield, quality and nutritive value of meat and other animal produce. | |||
