    The goal Learning related to climate, microclimate and meteorological factors that influence health status. Application of knowledge in bioclimatology in planning of health control and obtaining skills that allow recognizing of the situation/s facilitating the outbreaks of microbial and/or parasitic diseases. Training in preventive actions implemented to reduce negative effects of climate, microclimate and meteorological factors on animals and routs of implementation of microclimate conditioning for improving animal well-being. Learning related to pollution emerging from animal production and activities introduced as environmental protection measures.
    The outcome Student has to learn and understand in negative impacts of climate and meteorological phenomena on animal health and productivity. Student has to be trained to apply the obtained knowledge in aim to prevent harmful impact of animal production on local and global environment.

    Contents of lectures importance of bioclimatology and biometeorology in veterinary medicine and influence of climatic factors on animal health and production(5); Influence of climatic and meteorological factors on flora and fauna: influence of climate on closed environment / microclimate in confined animal housing (5); Influence of animal production on local and global climate changes (5).
